Our equipment for rent

The guarantee includes breakage, theft of equipment rented by the customer and early return in the event of injury: - In the event of accidental damage to the equipment: Coverage for the repair or replacement of the guaranteed equipment if the latter is not is not repairable or economically irreparable within the limit of 500 EUR per guaranteed equipment and after application of a deductible. The excess will be the responsibility of the customer and fixed according to the category of equipment. The guarantee is limited to a single claim per equipment and per period. The receipt for filing a complaint with the gendarmerie is mandatory for handling the theft of equipment. The theft guarantee does not apply if the equipment is stolen between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Exclusions specific to the breakage guarantee: - Damage other than accidental material damage. - Damage caused to the exterior parts of the guaranteed equipment not affecting its proper functioning, such as scratches, chips and scratches. - Damage resulting from non-compliance with the use and maintenance instructions issued by the store. - Damage covered by the manufacturer's warranty. - Intentional fault. - Accidental material damage: Any externally visible deterioration or destruction, affecting the proper functioning of the guaranteed equipment and resulting from a sudden, unforeseen, irresistible and external event, suffered involuntarily, and constituting the cause of the accidental material damage - subject to the exclusions guarantees.

For only EUR 2 per day per pack you can change your equipment to test a new form of slides or use a more suitable material in new snow conditions. - Maximum two changes during the rental period. - Change for the equivalent or lower range of equipment. - Ability to change eg a ski against a snowboard. - Subject to available stock in stores. - This option does not allow to ski in the morning and surf all afternoon or vice versa.
