Try to avoid peak hours, especially on Saturdays between 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM during school holidays. Please check with the store regarding any schedule adjustments during these periods.
Equipment return can be done until the closing time on the last day of your rental period, allowing you to make the most of your day. To know the store(s) opening hours, please refer directly to the Store page.

However, rental prices may change at any time. Only a completed booking guarantees a fixed rate.

Equipment
Customization, Validation & Payment
For example: Code "MAXIPROMO" is valid until 15/12/2025.
If your promo code isn’t applied, contact the store to check its spelling or expiry date.
- Ensure that all required customization fields for items and any options are completed. Also, confirm the acceptance checkbox for general conditions.
- All items in your cart must be saved to proceed with validation.
- Try refreshing the page with F5.
We do not have access to your bank details as they are only entered on the bank's secure website.
Modification, Cancellation, and Interruption of a Reservation
How to do it?
1- Full cancellation: From the footer of our website, in the "Support" section, click on the link "Cancel a booking". You will be asked for the email address used when booking and your booking number.
2- Partial cancellation: Send us your request via our contact page, our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Modifications are not planned. We suggest that you partially or completely cancel your initial booking and then make a new one at the current rate.
The store allows some tolerance regarding the skiers’ sizes, weights, and shoe sizes. Indeed, young children's shoe sizes can be difficult to predict six months in advance. Moreover, an adjustment is often made on-site (to adapt the boots to your shoe size according to the available brands and your morphology). However, please note that in case of a change of range, the rate may be reassessed.
